A couple of ties beat the weather and were played on Sunday. In the Cup Whitchurch Saints beat UWIC 2-0 and in the Shield Cardiff Athletic beat Milford Haven 3-0

WHU CUP Quarter Finals

The draw for the final regionalised round of the Welsh Cup was made on Tuesday November 22nd during a South Wales meeting at the Village Hotel. The matches will be played as follows:

UWIC v Whitchurch Saints - 5th Feb, 12:30@Cyncoed
Howardian v Penarth - 5th Feb, 13:00@Treforest
Newport Gwent v Cardiff University - 29th Jan, 13:00@Spytty

The winners of these matches will join the North region representataive in the semi-finals of the Welsh Cup to be held on Sunday 18th March.

Umpires are currently being appointed to these matches so watch this space!

WHU Shield Quarter Finals

Swansea Bay v Swansea University - 12th Feb, 12:00 @ King George V
Whitchurch Saints v Bridgend - 12th Feb, 12:00 @ Whitchurch HS
Milford Haven v Cardiff Athletic - 5th Feb, 14:00 @ Milford Haven School

The winners of these matches will join the North region representative in the semi-finals to be played on Sunday March 11th
